Do Americans forget how Medicaid basically bankrupted every state in the United States and destroyed education?

only after unpaid for tax cuts and wars came into the equation. medicaid is paid for but the money that is dedicated to it gets diverted to some other political entity. both parties had there hands in the cookie jar. the Tea Party pretends to care but they are just bodies to fill the republican political diversion. when it's time for them to say"do not touch" they only say it to the Democrats.
