Are celebraties passing off this bi polar as an excuse?

in the olden days people with milder cases were never diagnosed... only those with severe cases. Now 1 in 10 people have some sort of mood disorder... be it depression or Bipolar. Katherine Zeta Jones did not use it as an excuse for anything..... she hospitalized herself after going through a stressful period and the media jumped on it. She did not announce it or use it as an excuse for anything she dealt with it and is going on with life. Does she seem to act neurotic or anything? No. She is a great lady who happens to have Bipolar. She has nto made a big deal out of it and no one else should either.
